This is pretty neat: they grow out potato seeds for the first year, and sell the tubers a dozen at a time for you to do the second year grow-out. Since they grew them from seed, one can assume the tubers are likely to produce seed. Knocks a year off the process for shorter season folks up here who want to play.
They also sell seed potato seed and a hot pepper mix.

That’s a great idea! And since you know they were grown in Canada, that helps you be more sure they’ll do okay in a cold climate with a short season.
