Diversifying potatoes in Denmark

Two pretty potatoes with a decent size found today. Both were from TPS this year and significantly larger than the others. We mostly harvested from plants that looked diseased - or that was the task for the students anyway (some of them seem to just dig randomly).

Some of the other plants still look very healthy here early september, which makes me happy - most potato plants die back in my country in mid to late august. I’m curious to do a first potato tasting this season, but probably won’t have time until January, so need to find a way to save tubers separately from each plant.
