GTS Colorful Mix + Cultivariable Potatoes - Jen's Grow Out

Planted a bunch of narcissus and wild tulip bulbs today, which resulted in me harvesting GTS side of that long bed.

This plant had a variety of colors in its roots

Longest and largest group, biggest was 3"

Smallest but also consistent shape and size

Tetraploid:
This group I accidentally dug up. I didn’t want to dig up the entire plant because all of the tetraploid plants are still dark green and happy looking.

GTS grow for this year. These were either from seed or those tiny tubers from last year. Nobody has produced berries yet. Some seem unaffected by the potato bugs and aren’t being eaten. Other plants have a fair number of holes.

Cat tax. :grinning_cat_with_smiling_eyes:

These two appear to have flowers forming, but unless they go quickly, they won’t get berries before winter.

Here are some other potatoes we got from friends and maybe some babies from last year? (I’m going off hub’s memory, and that’s foggy at best with his chaotic gardening style. :joy:)

Again, some were unaffected by bugs while others got snacked on.
