# International Seed Library Census-- Volunteers needed

This is a super exciting project and they are looking for volunteers to find and contact every seed library in the world!

Can you help find the seed libraries from your community or county, and make sure they get onto the map? (and get connected with useful information and other seed libraries).

There have been 2,600 communities listed since starting in 2010. They are updating the list and will also include questions on what resources exist and the needs of communities. Resources and best practices collected will be available to all other seed libraries.

The census will be conducted between January and March 2024. Volunteers are asked to attend a Zoom meeting, reach out to existing seed libraries, and search for ones not on the current Seed Library List.
