Excellent video series on seed production:

> **[Films | Diyseeds](https://www.diyseeds.org/en/films/)**
>
> From Seed to Seed is a series of 40 short films allowing anyone to learn how to produce vegetable seeds.

This specific one is about the basics if extraction, drying, etc. [Extraction, wet-processing, drying and sorting of seed | Diyseeds](https://www.diyseeds.org/en/film/extracting-wet-processing-drying-and-sorting-of-seed/)

All of this is not about landrace gardening, so you will find and hear about “isolation techniques” specific to heirloom variety keeping, but apart from that all species are well explained.
You can buy the dvd too, but all videos are accessible via those links

They have a whole bunch of educational films on ‘ABC OF SEED PRODUCTION: TECHNICAL AND THEORETICAL TOOLS’

Here’s an example of their video for chicory:

> Learn to produce your own seeds of chicory

## Online seed saving classes

[https://rockymountainseeds.org/product/seed-school-101/](https://rockymountainseeds.org/product/seed-school-101/) “Seed School is designed to offer a comprehensive yet accessible overview of the history, science, business, and craft of seeds.” (But not so much the actual practice of seed saving itself, if that is the goal)

Mother earth news has what looks like a practical seed saving course:
