I want to know the optimal temperature for germination of individual species. Some have been studied extensively and we have a pretty good idea which temperature range they like to germinate at. Does anyone have a link to a good source? Ideally just a list of the most common vegetables and the optimal temperature for germination.

Otherwise, I invite you all to post the data here. If you have sources, please add those, if not, post anyway and we’ll sort it out. I can edit this post so that it contains up-to-date overview of the species.

Also worth noting that it’s not just temperature, but also light and humidity. Additionally for further growing stability is important.

I’ve seen that it’s more popular to measure these parameters by time from last frost day. For example:

Perfect. It’s all there.
