# What would you like to see in a pepo squash grex?

Would like to see:

- Squash selected for flower production
- Squash selected for succulent stems
- Squash with high starch content (see example in [Pepo for culinary school](https://goingtoseed.discourse.group/t/pepo-for-culinary-school/1912))
