Anyone working with dewberries?

David the Good just posted about an “improved dewberry” he discovered:

He will have some plants/cuttings available locally, maybe eventually they will be available on the etsy store.

Is anyone here working with dewberries?

I’ve seen that as well one time, i figured it grew where an animal had died.

You mean assuming it was producing different because of increased nutrients where it was growing?

It will be interesting to see how the cuttings he takes perform.

We have dew dewberries that are wild here in on our property. They produce a dark purple or black berry when ripe that are rather tart and sweet. I’ll have to look into DTG on that
