Yes, I’ve checked this yesterday so it should be ok. If I remember I can check it again on monday
Stop mocking the French, or you’ll be banished from the country!
Here is the link for our call Jitsi meet
I’m copying timing of our meet here too, to have everything in one post.
Start of the meet at:
20 h CET - I think most of us are in this zone - France, Spain, Denmark, Croatia, Austria, Germany, Poland, Sweden…
19 h UTC/GMT - this would be for Ireland, UK, Portugal
21 h EET - Finland, Greece, Bulgaria etc.
I like this very much. Depending on the time we will have, we could at least touch on the subject. But I do think it would be a theme for a whole separate meeting.
Also, I think it would make sense for us if we start to have more or less regular meetings, I have a feeling we have a lot of stuff to discuss on different themes.
Link posted to the overall PEPs group . Thanks Mare!
In one hour?
Yes, now
Next meet up is the 17 December same hour
Yesterday was a good start to talk about the future ‘European Meeting 2025 GTS’
I took some notes and thoughts that I have written down in this online chart which could serve as a dashboard/report.
Don’t hesitate to complete it, to enter what I have forgotten or misunderstood, to enter your new ideas in order to centralize the information for the following.

Ideas are always interesting to advance and concretize this beautiful annual meeting project.
As Sébastien my listening comprehension of English is limited, and the more time went by the more my understanding decreased… and I had fewer neurons available to formulate sentences.
Maybe we could keep meetings with only 1 topic per evening (either European meeting or Seed Steward or other topic ) to limit the duration of discussions?
it could also be used to sleep earlier for people who start early in the morning…and save Thomas who will end up frozen in his car
Hahaha. It’s true. I got overwhelmed as well and would like to stick one topic kind of if possible. The optimism and ideas of everybody kept me going. But it was going in circles if you get what I mean, as everything is connected maybe. But it got me dizzy.
Would it be an idea to speak of social media attention to gain new members next time?
Great! I did the same last night, but didn’t want to put it on g.docs, and was thinking attaching a word document here.
You just solved that dilemma.
I’ll update with my own notes later, when I’m on a computer
FRAMASOFT is a suite of free French tools with a strong confidancialité policy.
This small local organization offers all the tools known, as a ANTI- GOOGLE alternative!
Hoping that these little accesoires lead us to a nice GTS 2025 meeting!
Excellent! This will be so helpfull, not just here but in other areas of life. Laughed so much at this one “I hate money (beta) - Easily manage your shared expenses”.
While @stephane_rave table will be of great help to organise our annual meeting event, I wrote down some notes on most of the things we talked about.
I did try to write general points of what we discussed, but I know I missed stuff so please do the same as Stephane said… add, correct, explain etc.
I would love to join the group for the next meeting! This sounds super exciting!
Super more we are more this will be nice! join us on the video conference when we talk about it to have even more ideas
Hello, I would also love to join the online meeting on 17 December. Is there a link? I have one acre in Hungary and am planning to try adaptation gardening there.
Hehe, me too, i got very little energy that late in the day, but is my only free time, so I usually push it.
For me, the topics still open to discuss.
1- How to reproduce the seeds? What to Focus? Diversity and flavour? Which species?
2- Way to share the seed. Online shop with legal requirements. Just trading. Starter pack of seeds. Summer and winter bags.
3- Meetings. Regular two weeks calls. Try to do fisical meet ups. Get to know before important events so everybody have time to prepare for a travel. Meet ups with going to seed persons to learn from their experiencies.
What are others topics are interesting?
Welcome Sarah, the more the merrier!
I’m really eager for new enthusiastic members to join. I think it’s key to our growing breeders community to invite new enthusiast members in and provide them with grexes to start gardening and tell us about it and share seeds back amongst friends and other members of this community.
I started a telegram group to give new and old members a low barrier platform to communicate (upload pix to show fellow enthusiasts) and there is a group on instagram and facebook as well.
This discourse platform is full of nerds and professor freaks and can be quite off putting for many normal gardeners, luckily they’re very sweet or they would have kickwed me off a long time ago. Kisses everybody, see you tomorrow!
