We agreed to have updates on the live meeting and possibly reach a decision about details of the meeting, and then the second topic was to brainstorm all the things we would like to ask to Anna and Julia, to prepare ourselves a bit, so that we use the time we have with them wisely and get as much as information we can get

:
Letās present the hiring of the cook as an option, or letās present directly the total accommodation + cook?
The price of the cook is the same whether we are 5 people or 20 people? because it is not at all the same work for him.
In the price proposed on the questionnaire I think we should include the cost of food. the cook can he tell us for how many euros per meal per person he knows to feast us ?

And I forgot to mention it yesterday, but as soon as things can be delegated to others in the organization you have to do it. We must all participate in the organization of this event so as not to give you too much work in Croatia.

Yes, I will think about the best way to present it. We can keep this option open or present it like general food price per day, and then we might save some amount of money in different ways and have it for something else.
The price for a cook is based on 15 people. I asked them to give me a price for a group, but it can change based on how many people come. I will think about calculation
Hugo proposed to me this morning some team activities, so it seems we are already building team spirit

also, if we organize an event for local people we will need more food and someone to prepare all of it, but it is normal to ask everyone who is coming to the event to give some symbolic contribution for food and logistics like 10-20 euros based on their income.

Morning everyone
we had a small circle last night and talked about many interesting things, including our future GTS live meeting.
There are no news from Mallorca, no concrete option. And even if we have it it would probably be 100 euro per day per person for accommodation (and maybe food), plus all the other logistical things. Which makes it much more expensive comparing to Croatia.
Since we donāt have anything concrete from there, the proposal is to drop Mallorca and go with the Croatian option only because nothing can compete with the price we got here, plus we have all-in-one in ZMAG, which is a big plus and less energy to organize logistics.

Just want to say I cannot attend tonight. Sorry about that. Will be back on track from next week on, ending my franco-italian tour in seed and agronomical networks: spreading adaptive seeds around, meeting up with different people, market gardeners notably. Had a meeting with the PEPs board yesterday (newly built french adaptive farming network) and can tell you that some of them are very enthusiastic about Croatia, like @Sebastien with his regional network of about ten farms collaborating on their first year growings of grexes (my watermelons, melons, moschatas, etc., @Brunoās carrots, tomatoes, radishes, etc.). He is motivating them to come in and thinks about renting a bus. Iāve told them that involvement in preliminary discussions would be greatly appreciated, like tonight. Most if not all of the 6 cannot attend, but Iāll share next thursdayās events.

Mare is running late, she will open the call soon.
Today we also had a small meeting - Marcela, Stephane and me - and we had nice talks about growing different plants etc. and we decided to postpone the discussion on the live meeting to our next video neet.
Next meeting is on Tuesday, 25th March at 20h CET. Note that we are back to Tuesdays.
