Last fall, @Joseph_Lofthouse stopped by Copenhagen on his European tour and I managed to set up a whole event called Future Heirloom: Event with Joseph in Copenhagen 20th October around it with help from my colleagues. We had a beautiful big plant-forward farm-to-table lunch by local chef Eline Lange. And some of my other heroes and friends come and present their work (see below) - Anders Borgen on grain, Stephen Barstow on perennial vegetables, chef Emilie Qvist on collaborating between kitchen and farm, Vivi @Logan and Bodil Gimbel on their landracing experiments in Denmark. I was sick as a dog on the day and was running around in a haze to get things done, so I didn’t even see the presentations myself. Luckily, we filmed them so now I can and you can too!
