Support farm scale adaptation projects! -- it's Giving Tuesday

Hey friends,

We have a very very cool program emerging that supports farmers transitioning to Adaptation Agriculture. Over the summer @MashaZ wrote a grant asking for $10,000 for a farmer grant program. The Clif Family foundation awarded us $25,000! Over the last month we’ve had some fantastic applicants, some of which are international, and the grant money has been allocated to some very cool projects. You will hear more from these farmers soon!

Now we want to support more people who are growing for seed. The Clif grant is specific, (for farmers intending to sell diverse seeds or produce) but if we raise additional money outside of the grant, we can choose a broader range of smaller or non-commercial projects to support. For example, Joseph’s Promiscuous Tomato Project.

Do you have a friend or network that might be interested in supporting farmers in this work? Please send it to them. And let me know if you have any ideas of places or people I should reach out to over the next month.
