I am culling tomato plants for diseases.
What tomato disease is this? I first thought blossom end rot, but the holes and brown spots are not at the blossom end.
This is another plant with damaged leaves. Mostly oldest leaves. It doesnt look like Septoria.
Nona that I can see. That split is typical to some bigger tomatoes with catface flowers. Some also can develop holes, although they are fairly benign and usually don’t spoil. I would say that those holes that have spoiled are from bird pecking a hole. They can try to find water during hot periods and try all sort of things. Only the bottom tomato with brownish spots looks little odd, but don’t know if that is anything other than trait. Other than the ones with spoiled holes you can leave untill harvest and discard then from selection if you want.

Army worms chew little round holes in the fruit. Thrips, whiteflies, and other tiny insects can present foliar damage like that. Overwatering, whether too much irrigation or too much rain, can also result in foliage damage.
For the hole it seem at a owlet moth attack. The carterpillar can be under the leafs and in the fruit with hole.
Monitore if you seeing some leafs are nibble.
Get warning you have one aphid in the leaf of the second picture.
The pattern of the yellowing looks typical of drought stress
Hey, I’ve seen hummingbirds drill into tomatoes and leave a hole, which then makes the fruit susceptible to other diseases, but I assume they only do that with ripe fruit. And, low calcium can cause mishappen fruit.
I just had a fruit with a little hole like that. Don’t know what the cause was, assuming some kind of bug. It wasn’t deep and it had healed over so I just cut that part away.
I almost made a post like this before I realized I was looking at sun scald on the fruits. Pruned too much in some spots apparently.
