You might compare it to desi squash, a Cucurbita pepo variety. I’m growing them this year and it seems similar.
A photo from a little farther back showing more of the plant might also help with this ID.
Edit: also, if you know, it would be good to find out how long that fruit has been growing. Has it reached maximum size or do you think it is still growing?
Edit: I’m adding this photo of a young Desi squash. Within the first week of pollination. It will double in size but still remain pretty small
