The 2025 year Canyon City Chile officially kicks off tonight (the first 4 trays were seeded a week ago). Our starting gene pool includes the 2024 and 2035 GTS spicy pepper mixes, a handful of low desert indigenous landraces from New Mexico, Arizona, and Mexico, and selections from Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
