It’s a complete scandal to go to a GTS meeting so ill-prepared.

The good news is that I have many fruits and soon seeds from your watermelons, and I will bring some, so we will have a very nice population mix of watermelons to exchange among ourselves.

Didn’t manage to update the Framacalc, so here are the keypoints following Stéphane’s checklist:
First very good news is that Dirk and Hugo will be there 2 days before the event to help Marcela!!!
Volunteering for timekeeping : Emily, possibly Thomas + we’ll ask (xxx) from Bulgaria if he can help on that crucial front.
Wednesday :
T2 : if no one from ZMAG can introduce the place Marcela will do it
T3 : in next e-mail Marcela will specifically ask everybody to bring in pics, videos, slideshows for making sure we have material for everybody to show something on that 1st day
T4 : Mare will introduce either alone or will a special guest “permaculture in Croatia”
Thursday and Friday :
Moderator : Mare
Video conference technician (everything from laptop, proper software with unlimited connection, livestreaming, recording and testing connections with speakers the day prior to the conferences): To be asked to Malte. Thomas proposed to be assisting in that (+bringing in laptop, speaker and Zoom voice recorder if needed). Thomas calling Malte on that soonish. Mare is quite skilled and will help on that when not doing moderation.
Saturday :
9-9:45 : Thomas introducing with Marcela who goes first
10-11:45 : workshop will be organised on site during the week but proposed not 3 or 4 but 5 or 6 speakers : Hugo, Mare (lettuces), Sébastien (PEPS Bourgogne Franche Comté with 13 farmers), Thomas, Malte (?), Stéphane (?)
Sunday :
Also, were decided:
Marcela is in charge of the Social Game
Stéphane (?) in charge of the mandala / artistic activity
Thomas and Marcela will have 2 speakers (JBL) for party time, videos, etc.
In next e-mail Marcela (or Thomas) will notably propose to find a name for Saturday’s event, a Doodle to find a common App to organize around the event, ask everybody for his/her favorite seed documentary.

j’ai de la peine à trouver du temps pour faciliter / organiser les recontres de Zagreb.
Thomas me disait que tu étais HS, et avais besoin de renfort.
Je suis bien pris entre les travaux de fin de saison (tri/test de germination/vente…) et mes engagements syndicaux.
Si j’arrive à dégager des trucs, je te redirais. Thomas m’ a déjà parlé d’une presentation au publique Croates.

I updated the frama, a change for the public exchange of seeds which will take place in the late afternoon 4-5pm on Saturday because Marcela knows that some people will only come for this part 
Space is limited, so you will only be able to enter by presenting :
On my way to southern Germany to take the night train to Zagreb. I have to rely on only using two pair of woolen socks, because half of my luggage is filled with seeds. Here are some of them that I vacuum packed to take up less space. Looking forward to set aside some quality time with some of you to exchange seeds 
Same strategy with 3 pairs of socks, but I found a workaround with a pair of sandals.
