Hoosier Quinoa

Sweet! Yeah, both are incredibly easy to grow and as you point out grow themselves perdy much. Keep me posted as to what you discover. I’m always thrilled when I see those wild n wooly Giant Magenta Orach ‘cultivars’.
I find fewer fresh spring greens taste better in a quick egg scramble than lambsquarter.

I didn’t even realize this was an option… I also think I’ll be giving it a shot.

I want to he clearer here: I am completely unsure if they will cross or can cross. LOL. BUT, I have grown things before with keen likenesses (almost
like a - gasps - ‘Doctrine of Signatures’ alchemy) I was told couldn’t cross and, well, I am fairly certain they crossed (several of my Walnut crosses and willow crosses come to mind). SO, I am merely suggesting given their clear phenotypic similarities and family associations, consider growing them together and observe what happens. If nothing else, you’ll have delicious scrambled eggs and greens :joy:
