Seeds in Morocco?

I am planning a trip to Morocco, and I want to include exchanging seeds into my trip. Is there anyone here on the forum from Morocco?
Any recommendations for visiting local seed banks or NGOs in Morocco? Any places to visit, and interesting initiatives? Do you know someone personally or you have any recommendations where to go?
Thank you!

I am still planning the route where to go, so I want to make sure to include seeds from hotter climates into my grexes for next season because our climate is shifting and changing.

Hi Marcela,
It is a very good thing to be concerned about climate change, which will inevitably lead to major changes in our food crops and agriculture in Europe.

I heard about a Moroccan branch of the French National Institute for Agricultural Research in the Botanical Garden of Rabat. The garden is home to a scientific research program on the exploitation of plants of exotic origin. It is considered as the forerunner of the development of Moroccan fruit-growing

I think it may be worth the visit especially that there is obviously a museum that deals with the theme of water management in Arab environments.

Even more in the topic of vegetable seed, it would seem very interesting to go meet this woman and visit her garden created in the desert :

if you travel after the October meeting in Antibes, we may have exchanges with Moroccans and pass on contacts and addresses to you when we return.
I have no doubt that you will find to bring back lots of beautiful seeds!

That would be great. I will be in Morocco beginning of November.
