Looking for seed to add to your stock? Check out this youth owned shop selling seeds for 75 cents. Yes, agreed… WOW!
During the last week of November 2024 Sarah’s Seeds is also running a special that will offer packets for 50 cents. I’ve already grabbed a couple handfuls and wanted to share with the community. Quality seed offered at a fraction of the going rate. I really appreciated finding this shop and wanted to share so others could as well.
More sharing with a spotlight on awesomeness…Check out this show and channel. The production value and content is outstanding. It could really be an asset to anyone who had a message to share in regards to gardening. All of these fantastic breeding projects could have more voice if we so desired? Food for thought!
There’s a pretty phenomenal pumpkin y’all might recognize around 55 minutes into this episode. Spoiler alert… It’s me! A look into my personality and a few things I have going on. Its also a wonderful example of what happens when I interact with technology. Funny!
Since I’m throwing around wonderful times and name dropping brilliant folks… Gardener Scott is the Bob Ross of the garden world. Absolutely one of my heroes who advocates for the home grower. He cultivates joy and fills the space with positive garden energy. A truly knowledgeable grower and genuine wonderful person. Every Monday morning is a Global Gardener LiveStream I partake in. Folks from all over chat and we discuss all things garden. His video playlists include a ton of recipes and of course garden info in every shape, color, and size you could ever imagine. He has even given shout outs to the Landrace community on more than a few occasions! With winter coming on, it is always wonderful to have indoor garden activities. Gardener Scott hosts a fun filled community space filled with knowledge, encouragement, creativity, gratitude, and all the beautiful things.
I would be remiss if I didn’t share one more link. I’m sure that many of you already know that Seed Savers Exchange is featuring free shipping this year but I feel it definitely deserves a spotlight. So many varieties I’ve been enthralled by are featured within their catalog and stewarded through their organization. They also host an actual seed exchange and seed can be requested from listed growers. Beyond phenomenal. Without their efforts years ago and other stewards with the same foresight where would we be today in regards to the genetics available?
Hooray for seeds and all their magic! Happy growing friends!
