I would just add that I have created this from the plans and they worked really good and the machine is super helpful and good for a home scale winnowing machine.

This one I have seen in Antibes, France also and those using it said to it worked well and was quite widespread
I built this seed cleaner after looking at a video on bird seed cleaning. Works a treat. quite a bit smaller than the great Real Seeds winnower above, and I refer it for small seed batches

I like how compact these designs can be! Definitely tempted to build one.
Just for completeness, it’s worth mentioning the Winnow Wizard for larger scale winnowing work: Plans – Markael Luterra (No affiliation - though I have used one on several occasions for large batches of seed with success/satisfaction.)
