Hello everyone,
Following the meeting on 29/04, which enabled us to make good progress with the presence of Laura, Marcela, Mare, Malte and Me, I’m sending you some feedback. I have presented the draft program for our annual meeting in Croatia in the week of November 3-9.

As the meeting process is based on co-creation, this one has been built using your suggestions following the initial questionnaire. We now need you to take ownership of it and take charge of creating and leading the content.

At the following address :

you’ll find a table that everyone can fill in online (it saves automatically and is visible to all). Ideally, we’d like to have one person in charge of each time slot (to coordinate the various participants, material requirements and content), as well as names of people with the skills and desire to run one or more workshops.

If you have suggestions for other topics, there’s still time to let us know by email, nothing is writing in stone ! Of course, this can evolve when the time comes, with collective decisions that can extend the interesting discussions into the evening, or with breaks or other activities if you don’t want to follow the whole program because we’re not in the army.

Thank you for working with us before the beginning of June, so that we can make this long-awaited event a reality. We’ll then be able to take return and finalize the organization at our next visio meeting this summer.

Wishing everyone a nice Sunday and nice time in the garden,
Stéphane

I hope he lives so we don’t have to name every single person responsible for something .
If there is already one or more names in a box you can register because it will be easier if we share the responsibilities.
I have no doubt that people will take it because @Laura and You had already written your names in front of some workshop.
I added @Hugo responsible for humour and good humor  but the task is simple you can sign up for another mission.

I was thinking i could speak of Starter Kit (and social media exposure), but the thing was taken by Malte, maybe it could be shared. Maybe social media and getting to spread the word to the world, inside and outside Europe should be squeezed in as a topic. I think social media is important to involve younger people and people with less obsession about gardening that just want to try diverse seeds.

:+1:I added you to the workshops 5 for lead discussion about Starter kit ans workshops 6 were you can explain your project of social media with Telegramm channel

but if someone registers as a coordinator of a workshop don’t panic he will manage the people who want to participate and present something and animate the talk.
Maybe spot on the forum ideas and people involved in these discussions and invite them to intervene if they are in Croatia.
This doesn’t mean that you have to do all the content and a presentation alone.

Is it like talks for everybody who’s attending and who’s interested or do people have to chose which pmethey attend, like in Antibes? I.o.w. ate we short in time?
I’m already panicked!

It is the main program without any choice that would complicate too much the organization.
However, Malte said that those who are not interested in one topic could continue other discussions at the same time.

Hello. My name is Boryan, a hobby gardener from Bulgaria. I’m a member of new-formed Bulgarian group of adaptation gardening, and also take part in the organization of local Independent Seed-swap Festival, which is traditionally held every spring around Easter.
I would like to participate in LIVE GTS meeting in November and already sent my application form. I could help with seed exchange part, if needed. Cheers
