I’m growing 3 strains of Curcumis anguria and they are crazy productive, so I need to find ways to use them. The obvious one would be pickles.
What is your favorite cucumber pickles recipe? Preferably one where the cucumbers stay crunchy and can tolerate water bath canning or at least can store in a root cellar for months.
I tried fermenting some but the recipe I used didn’t create any delicious results.
