Hi there,
Just to let you know that talking yesterday to the board of the french PEPS group (Bruno, Sophie, Maxime, Jérémy, Seb, me) yesterday evening, they said they would happily join a meeting anywhere in Europe next year… Bruno then adding and summarising “yes it was so cool being together with the friends of Going to Seed… and then seeing all of us being so passionate about what we do, and obviously complementary… we need to meet up again!”
They don’t intend organizing anything but would be happy to join GTS meeting if we do one as we said when we met in Antibes. Then it’s back to us to decide what we want to do.
Personnally I would be for a very small meeting, just for us, and then why not maybe joint with some more official event, to interact a bit with the public. Why not. So that could be a simple opportunity.
I like the idea of stacking functions and joining the collective energy and master mind, if there are truly ways for me to contribute. There is something truly powerful about having in person face to face meet ups with the right group of highly focused and motivated people, such as yourselves.
To hang out with those of you that share similar interests and can find ways to collaborate, especially if it means finding ways to create returns on investments, and supporting all of us financially. Gotta pay for the travel costs somehow, right? Especially for those of us that have a very limited income source at the moment.
It would be interesting to discuss this together with the European members interested in the idea. We could enjoy an evening in videoconference now that the night attacks us early !

But one thing is sure to see us for the first time in Antibes, it was great it allows to create stronger friendships, launch joint projects, exchange seeds, meet other groups, make us known to enlarge the group europe… In short it is a unique opportunity really motivating to go further in our projects !
since Antibes, I saw with my own eyes energies get moving, the projects will be BADASS after 2025 meeting where we will be more numerous!
I am currently travelling until November 15th without a laptop so I am quite inefficient with typing.
I would love to join some kind of an online meeting and be included in the discussion I am open to explore different opportunities and to keep the tradition alive

I’m busy for the next two weeks, it’s olive picking time (and they are abundant this year!) here and the weather is still warm, so lots of things to do.
I would love to meet up with PEPS group again as well as the rest of you. The end of the season seemed to be the most logical time to do it, so in the winter months of 2025.
I’ll be bold and nominate Stéphane as host so we can all go and see the community in Brionnais
It’s very nice, but at the risk of disappointing you I would like a Joker year for welcome all of you here.
The year is going to be very, very busy for me…so I risk slowing down the local collective a little this year to focus on my family projects .
In addition I change housing so receive you in a house, where the garden will be reset and in construction is not acceptable. To receive exceptional gardeners you need a garden in operation !
but promised we will organize an annual meeting here, because we could see also the projects of Hugo who are 1h away.
Finally, the main argument is that the annual european GTS meetings don’t turn into a French meeting. We also need to go out of our country to see your beautiful projects!
Or what about visiting Spain? They’re the biggest problem, being between Africa and the Pyrenees, desertifying fast and there seems not to be a lot of focus on land race gardening right now. Weather will be good in November normally.
Like Mallorca? That would be great!
We have a strong permaculture group that might host us. Besides Mallorca airport is well connected to all of Europe

we could start with an informal and friendly discussion where everyone speaks to express their strongest wishes for the “European meeting 2025!”
Who, when, where, why…answer these first questions, make proposals… etc
PS: if anyone knows an alternative to the Zoom software to have more than 40 minutes it would be great
